1. The only time you would ever be allowed to boast if you yourself was "put on the cross."
2. The "I" who died can be seen in the following sentence.
I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.
The "I" that lives is shown here
And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God.
3. I'm pretty much not living any areas of my life by faith right now. I feel like I'm just living my life by any way that I want to. I guess I don't really have any faith.

IDC (I Don't Care)
This blog is about not caring. I know it sounds kinda messed up and really selfish, but I'll explain.
I'm sick and tired of people telling me what I should care about and what my opinion on things should be, I'm also tired of people telling me that I should'nt always have such a different opinion on things than other people do. It's my opinion and that's final!
Now I know I sound like a selfish prick, but that's just me! And guess what I don't care!
I've been made fun of for it and picked on about it. But I don't care! People can make fun of me but I don't give a crap. I've heard all the insults there are to be heard!
By now all of those reading this are probably thinking "Oh, David is just going through some rough things right now, we should all just pray for him." WELL! I'm not! I'm just sick and tired of people being total douchebags and not being themselves or as I like to call it, being FAKE!
How about those people be true with themselves before they start trying to give me advice on how I should act.
That's all I got.

Walking the Aisle
Walking the Aisle. Not many people are familiar with the term, but then again not many people are christians. To walk the aisle is a term for whenever during the sermon the pastor has everyone bow their heads and close their eyes. He then asks those who wish to have christ in their life to come forward and pray with them.
To ME this seems like the church is just trying to show other people that their "program" is working to convert more people to christianity. I myself am not a believer, but I am trying to learn about God and all. There's just some things that I don't agree with conserning the church.
Its said that the "alter call" is a way to depict the congregations response to the pastors sermon. Whenever I do go to church I notice that most of the congregation is either sleeping, using their phones to make lunch plans or try and see who's playing football. The alter call may have worked back in the 1800's but I don't think it has made such of an impact nowadays.

Sermon on the Mount
In bible class we are learning about the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5. I decided to write about the topic jesus covers called LUST.
Jesus says that it was said to not commit adultery, but jesus rephrases it to say that if you even look at a woman with a lustful intent then you have already committed adultery. He goes on to say that if your hand causes you to sin to cut it off. And if your eye causes you to sin to take it out. He says that it's better to lose one part of your body to sin instead of your whole being.
I don't completely agree with this, but then again I'm not a christian. I don't believe that if you look at someone lustfully that you have already committed adultery. I just believe in self control and learning not to be a total creeper and just get all up on girls.

The Chupacabra
There was a new report a couple days ago that said a few Oklahomans had seen the legendary El Chupacabra!
For those of you who don't know what a chupacabra is its an old creature from mexican folklore that supposedly is a bad omen and destroys your crops and eats your livestock. I personally think that its some mutated lab rat that Obama used for studies on how to become invincible in Area 51 with Elvis and the Devil. It's either that or just an incredibly ugly dog. (I think its the escaped lab rat.)
But don't think it won't come for you! Lock up your doors and windows and get some home protection!

Is Halloween Good or Evil?
I know that many people have different opinions on Halloween, and alot of people think that Halloween is when the devil and demons come to walk around with us. But I'm pretty sure that's just a bunch of hooblah. That's right, HOOBLAH!
My opinion on the whole thing is a mix of both sources, I do like dressing up in funny outfits and getting candy, but I don't think that Halloween is about praising the devil or worshiping demons.
It was shown that the Celtic pagans in Ireland and Scotland celebrated the day of the dead to honor spirits of their ancestors that had passed on. They even did the jack-o-lantern thing except with a turnip! Kind a weird if you ask me. The pagans believed that evil spirits were especially active on October 31st. Thats probably where our preachers and pastors get this idea.

My experience with the Special Olympics
My experience with the Special Olympics was extremely fun. I had an awesome time helping my group bowl. I also found out that I'm terrible at bowling. The people in my group were really nice and fun to talk to. They were alot better at bowling than me. One person in my group named Randy scored 5 strikes! I told him that he'll need to give me lessons later on. Another person in my group named Jeremy was good to. He really liked to talk about football and all of his girlfriends. One of the other people in my group was this guy named Migel, he didn't talk much but when he did he said some of the funniest stuff I've ever heard! And man could he bowl! Anytime he went up he just shot the ball down the middle and made a spare or strike! I asked him if he could give me lessons but he said he was busy.
I realized today that people always judge those with a mental illness and never really get to know them. I bet if people took some time out of their day to get to know them they would really like talking to them and want to hang out with them. I also found out that most of the people in my group were christians. I asked Randy what he thought about all of us being made in God's image. He replied by saying, "I know God made everyone in his image, people don't think about that when they look at me. I just remember that God has a plan for everyone, including me."
That really spoke to me, I used to think that I was going no where in life and that if God did exist why he put in the position I'm in now. I wish now that I could have more faith like Randy does, and try to apply it to every day in my life.
